Role Overview
We are seeking a technical expert who can configure, integrate, and optimize ChatGPT within our Symfony PHP-based ecosystem. This role involves working closely with our development team to enable AI-driven interactions, enhance user engagement, and ensure a seamless conversational experience for our platform users.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration & Development: Design and implement ChatGPT-based conversational interfaces within Adverto’s Symfony-powered applications.
- Develop APIs, middleware, or SDKs to integrate OpenAI's API with our existing infrastructure.
- Ensure smooth interaction between ChatGPT and content submission workflows for employer ambassadors.
- Customization & Optimization: Fine-tune AI responses to align with Adverto’s use cases, branding, and employer needs.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve response accuracy and relevance.
- Enable real-time spelling and grammar correction before user submission.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure data privacy and compliance with AI-driven interactions.
- Implement role-based access and authentication for AI usage.
- Monitor AI interactions for ethical considerations and ensure appropriate usage.
- Performance Monitoring & Improvements: Set up monitoring tools to track AI response quality and user engagement.
- Analyze interactions to refine AI behavior and suggest improvements.
- Work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience integrating OpenAI GPT models or similar LLMs into web applications.
- Strong proficiency in PHP (Symfony), JavaScript, and API development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and AI model fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with AI prompt engineering and optimizing conversational AI responses.
- Knowledge of cloud-based deployments for AI services.
- Understanding of security best practices in AI integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI-powered customer service tools. Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and caching (Redis).
- Experience in implementing user feedback loops for AI learning and refinement.
- Knowledge of multilingual AI interactions, particularly for English and French.
