The Role
We’re looking for a Figma Designer who can transform ideas into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces and interactive prototypes. You’ll play a central role in shaping how job seekers experience our clients’ career sites from first impression to application. This is not just about making things look good, it’s about designing experiences that perform.

What You’ll Do

UI/UX Design
- Design modern, clean, and conversion-focused interfaces for career sites and related platforms
- Create page layouts, components, and design systems in Figma
- Ensure consistency across pages, devices, and user journeys (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Translate brand guidelines into engaging digital experiences

Prototyping
- Build interactive, high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Simulate real user journeys (job search, application flows, content navigation)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate concepts before development
- Continuously iterate based on feedback and performance goals

User Experience Thinking
- Structure content and layouts to maximize clarity and engagement
- Optimize flows to reduce friction (especially on mobile applications)
- Balance creativity with usability and performance objectives

Collaboration
- Work closely with developers (Symfony/PHP stack) to ensure accurate implementation
- Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and project managers

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills
- Strong expertise in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, prototyping)
- Strong experience in Photoshop
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Ability to design scalable design systems
- Experience building interactive prototypes, not just static designs

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
