About the Role
We are seeking a talented Mobile App Developer who is passionate about building robust, high-performance applications for both iOS and Android. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing mobile applications that enhance the job-seeker experience. This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and an understanding of modern mobile development frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain native and cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android).
- Implement user-friendly and responsive UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Stay up to date with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android.
- Strong proficiency in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) OR experience with React Native / Flutter for cross-platform development.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, and cloud-based services.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles for mobile applications.
- Familiarity with mobile security best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML in mobile applications.
- Knowledge of App Store and Google Play submission guidelines.
- Experience in recruitment or HR tech applications.
