In order to assist Lebanese employers and job seekers, we've launched 10452jobs.com as a not-for-profit digital solution and are looking to hire a recruiter to fulfill the following main duties:
- Create or review job postings, and publish them on 10452jobs.com as well as on social media.
- Assist job seekers via a live chat widget and guide them through the 10452jobs.com website.
- Present the 10452jobs.com concept to employers and gather the information needed to set them up for free.
- Review job applications and conduct interviews with selected candidates.
- Conduct a daily quality assurance audit to make sure job seekers and employers are properly using the solution.
The ideal candidate possesses at least one year experience working as a recruiter, and has a strong command of the English language both spoken and written. He/she is highly motivated by our mission to help employers find the right talent, and help job seekers find a job.
The position is remote provide the applicant has a reliable Internet connection, the schedule is flexible, and the salary is based on a 40-hour work week with overtime paid if the applicant is required to be available outside the approved schedule.
