Acar Global, a leading player in the integrated power, energy and automation markets in Lebanon and the Middle East, is looking for a Stock Keeper.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Negotiate directly with both local and international suppliers.
- Reports directly to the CEO.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers in all languages.
- Manage the levels of supplies and raw materials to avoid surplus and shortage.
- Document daily deliveries to update inventory.
- Follow up with the clients on the quotation and get approval by email.
- Prepare weekly reports related to quotations and inventory operations.
- Regularly perform stock check and adjustments.
- Work on spare parts database and pims software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Computer skills (Microsoft office, email communication, excel…)
- Excellent in English language.
- Experience in stock management.
- Technical background.
- Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Organizational and communication skills.
